We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at [email protected] within 1-2 hours of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched or packed from our end, it cannot be cancelled. In most cases, orders, once placed, can’t be cancelled. You may still reach out to us by email, and we’ll be able to help you with the best possible option.
All sales are final, and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, based on the look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality or small wear and tear damages in transit (having product in the working condition)
We offer a replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of defect and the shipping box/labels. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging and includes all items shipped in our package. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and we shall issue replacement post-inspection. In a case where no defect is found, to and fro courier charges shall be liable to be paid by the customer for sending a replacement.
Ausgabe will only issue a refund if in case we are unable to issue a replacement for your product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for product quality control, including all original packaging and product items, including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original payment method or any other method by mutual understanding with the customer.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation of a partially Paid order

All our products are eligible for 2 days warranty for manufacturing defects.
We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on a chargeable basis only.
